San Angelo ISD and Central High School congratulate Central High School Career and Technical Education (CTE) teacher Scarlet Rodriguez for being recognized as a Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) Texas Teacher Appreciation recipient during the Bobcat versus Frenship game on Friday, November 3, 2023. The recognition showcases teachers for their passion and dedication to teaching and the positive impact they have on students, athletes, and the community.
